1991 – 1995
Direct Sales - Recruitment and Training of distributors for a European organisation, forming a strong sales and leadership team in D, A, CH, FR, I, B, NL

1995 – 1998
 Founder of an event marketing agency in Europe, promoting international Speakers on Leadership and Personal Development events in Brussels and Milan. Cooperating closely with the US, UK and the Headquarter in NL, he is responsible for the German speaking countries, developing a client database of 4.500 participants.

1998-2003
Headhunted to become Managing Director of the German branch of SI Corporate Development Ltd. in London, he is certified as a Performance Coach, specialising in Mindset Change and Leadership. He implements attitudinal and skills based Management programmes in the German speaking markets (D-A-CH). Supervising his focused team of coaches and account managers they transfer the programmes successfully into the German culture.

2003
To offer more flexible solutions for his clients, designed to their needs in strategic organisational development, he founded his own company, the WinLearnChange Ltd with offices in Germany and in the UK. He works with an additional global network of specialists as well as remaining an associated partner of the SI Group.

He can work bilingual, in German and English as a consultant, facilitator and Coach, and has a deep understanding of corporate and organisational development, and is an experienced
Keynote-speaker fascinating large audiences.
